Description
A rich, warm chocolate brown. Cocoa Bean Brown is a deep, warm brown that brings instant coziness to a room. It anchors light floors and pale walls, softens a lot of white, and works especially well in rooms with warm wood and layered textures.
Natural wool, soft underfoot. Hand woven in India from 100% natural wool, with a 3/4" textured pile and Oeko-Tex certification. It's dense, comfortable and easy to live with. As with any natural wool, expect some shedding at first that eases with regular vacuuming.
Designed by Jill Zarin. English Manor is Jill's take on relaxed country-house style, and Cocoa Bean Brown brings out its warmest, most lived-in side for a modern farmhouse or a cozy reading room. It pairs beautifully with cream bouclé, cognac leather, natural oak, olive green accents and brushed brass.
Sizes for every room. Choose a rectangle from 2' x 3' up to 10' x 14', a runner up to 12' long, or a round from 3' to nearly 8'. In a living room, pick a size where at least the front legs of the sofa and chairs sit on the rug (usually 8' x 10' or 9' x 12'). In a bedroom, let it extend about 2 feet past each side of the bed. Add a rug pad to keep it in place and add cushion.
