Returns must be made within 30 days. You will receive a return label. A restocking fee will apply.

Returns must be made within 30 days. We will send you a prepaid label. The shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery. All candles must be in original condition with packaging and unlit. If an exchange is being made due to the wrong product being shipped, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will send a label. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Once we receive the candle, a new order will be shipped out within 7-14 business days.
