Rugs & Clocks:

Returns must be made within 30 days. You will receive a return label. A restocking fee will apply. 

Rug Restocking Fees:

• Rugs under 7'10- $15
• Rugs over 7'10- $25

*Rug pads are final sale

Furniture

Returns must be made within 30 days. Please reach out to jzhome@jillzarin.com

 

Books:

Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. 

Secrets of a Jewish Mother is a signed limited edition copy and therefore we will not be accepting returns.

 

Phone Cases:

Returns must be made within 30 days. We will send you a prepaid label. A $5 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Customers may also mail item back via method of their choice.

 Jill Zarin Merch:

Returns must be made within 30 days. Apparel must be unworn with tags attached. We will send a label and deduct $10 from your refund for shipping. Customer can also send item back via shipping method of their choice. Exchanges for a different size can be made within 30 days of purchase, free of charge
