English Manor Wool Rug – Earl Grey

A deep, cool grey with soft ivory depth. Earl Grey is a dark, slightly charcoal grey with ivory woven through it, so it reads as a calm solid from across the room and shows quiet texture up close. It's an easy neutral for white, black or navy palettes, and it hides everyday wear far better than lighter greys.

Natural wool, soft underfoot. Hand woven in India from 100% natural wool, with a 3/4" textured pile and Oeko-Tex certification. It's dense and comfortable, and softer than many people expect from wool. As with any natural wool, expect some shedding at first that eases with regular vacuuming.

Designed by Jill Zarin. English Manor is Jill's take on relaxed country-house style, and Earl Grey gives it a tailored, slightly modern edge, at home in a modern farmhouse or a quiet, layered bedroom. It pairs beautifully with natural oak, cognac leather, matte black metal, navy upholstery and brushed steel.

Sizes for every room. Choose a rectangle from 2' x 3' up to 10' x 14', a runner up to 10' long, a round from 3' to 10', or a 7'10" or 10' square. In a living room, pick a size where at least the front legs of the sofa and chairs sit on the rug (usually 8' x 10' or 9' x 12'). In a bedroom, let it extend about 2 feet past each side of the bed. Add a rug pad to keep it in place and add cushion.
