Description
Soft beige with brushstroke texture. Beekman Place layers a warm beige ground with creamy ivory in fine horizontal bands that look almost hand-brushed. From across the room it reads as an easy neutral; up close, the striated pattern adds quiet movement to a modern or transitional space.
Made for everyday living. Machine made in Turkey from a 70% polypropylene and 30% polyester blend, with a low 1/3" textured pile. It resists stains, doesn't shed, and vacuums clean easily. Buyers on rugs.com often say it feels softer underfoot than they expected, with a subtle sheen.
Designed by Jill Zarin. Beekman Place is part of Jill's Uptown collection, named for the city's most elegant addresses and designed for calm, polished rooms. It pairs beautifully with natural oak, cognac leather, charcoal upholstery, matte black metal and olive green accents.
Sizes for every room. Choose a rectangle from 3'3" x 5'3" up to 10' x 13', a 2' x 6' or 2'7" x 10' runner, or an 8' square or round. In a living room, pick a size where at least the front legs of the sofa and chairs sit on the rug (usually 8' x 10' or 9' x 12'). In a bedroom, let it extend about 2 feet past each side of the bed. Because it's low-profile and lightweight, add a rug pad for grip and extra cushion.
