Jill's Famous Greek Salad


Colorful peppers (red, orange, yellow)

Cucumbers (peeled and seed)

Tomatoes (I use grape tomatoes)

Red onion

Feta cheese

Rice wine vinegar

Lemon olive oil or EVOO and ½ squeezed lemon



Croutons (any bread, brushed with EVOO, toasted and broken up)


Cute your veggies into similar sized pieces and toss together

Add your rice wine vinegar, EVOO, lemon, salt and pepper

Toss thoroughly 

Eat asap so your croutons stay crisp!
