Rhymes with rich Will Jill make up with Bethenny? Will Kelly slug another boyfriend? The “Real Housewives” franchise has spawned as many spin-offs as “CSI” incubator, with more on the way. In the season three premiere, the ladies are summering together in the Hamptons. Ramona, Jill, LuAnn and Alex all enjoy a sun-filled day on a yacht — no Coney Island boardwalk for these babes. Jill is still mad at Bethenny. Bethenny’s too busy falling in love to care. There’s a lot of lunching and dishing and shopping and sniping. Luann meets Bethenny for a drink and blindsides her with yet another grudge.
