Corn off the cob is one of my favorite side dishes. It's healthy, super delicious, and tastes good with pretty much anything! This is my super simple recipe for seasoning my corn:
- Remove corn from cob.
- Cook corn with butter, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Garnish to your preference!
