New York housewife Jill Zarin made a trip to the South last week without ever crossing the Mason-Dixon Line. The star of Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of New York City” made an appearance at a midtown Manhattan trunk show featuring up-and-coming Southern shoe, jewelry and clothing makers, including Atlanta-based footwear designer Ann Roth. Zarin slipped into one of Roth’s fall ’09 styles — a velvet and silk floral-print heel — and dished to Insider about future plans for her own footwear line. “I’ve been talking to people,” Zarin gushed, though no concrete plans have been made. “Everyone has told me I should [do a line]. I’m the shoe and bag lady.”

Hi Jill!

I’m a huge fan of yours which I started watching you on the Housewives of New York. I’ve asked so many people this question and no one but no one will give me an answer to my question. My question is this: When will the Real Housewives of New York City come back on Bravo again? It seems all these other shows are coming on. YUK to the Real Housewives of Atlanta! I don’t even believe another season of the Housewives of New Jersey is coming back on either! THAT is a serously tacky bunch and I won’t be watching Bravo during that time. Nor will my friends. They are such Mafia copycats! No matter how much they try to say that they aren’t…BALOGNE!All Teresa’s husband says is, “forget about it”! about everything that comes up…does HE think he’s John Gotti or what?
Finally, I hope to hear from you or one of your staff to let me know if the Housewives of NYC is coming back on Bravotv or not.

Everyone wants to do something else. A handbag line, a shoe line, a make-up and skin care line, a clothing line or childrens line, a hair
product line or a cook-book with THEIR famous receipes, or a furniture signature line. All because someone told them they MUST do this over one incident of wearing something or singing a song. YES, let us don’t
forget that C.D. everybody seems they have the ability to cut.
Jill, just stick to your show. We have enough shoes and handbags out in stores right now that are not even selling. I’m in retail, and
it does not matter who you are or the price of the shoes, the economy
stinks. We have enough!
