I have party I am hosting to watch the show but will leave early to come and say hi! I did write a blog and need to finish it and send it in to bravotv.com. I will be setting up another starchat.com soon so keep checking back for updates. I do the live blog for charity there and hope those who came by last week had fun! I know Heather and I did. Oh..gossip! I meet 4/5 New Jersey Housewives in PERSON today at a gifting suite. I was with Ramona( we ran into each other there) and she didn’t even want to engage. How can I not be nice and say hi..I made Ramona take a photo too. There are in for a REAL ride.

    Hi Jill, did I miss an episode where you said you were leaving the show? It will not be the same without you if that is true. You and Bethany are the reason I watch. NJ housewives is like looking at trailer trash. They are neck and neck with the Jerry Springer show. Its true when you hear money does not buy class. I have no interest in watching them. Bravo should have saved their money.

They make me laugh. I’m Italian and originally from NJ and honestly, this show cracks me up. Hope all is well in Jill land.

    Hi Jill,
    I am one week post-op of a breast reduction. When did you undergo yours?
    And how was your recovery? I’ve been told the sweeling will take MONTHS!
    Im concerned that while the lift is fantastic (very perky!), the size doesn’t seem all that drastically less, and I reduced by 3 cups sizes.
    You look great & I’m sure you’re very happy & much more comfortable.

    Push the NJ group into the river, no life lines! They are terrible and Bravo needs to re think this,thought Atlanta was boring but, this group is just plain crude!
    Am a transplanted LI gal myself, North Shore, now am in MA. a different world but a lot of fun.

    The RHNJ is trash TV at best. Bravo should have just thrown them all into a big mud puddle and said have at it. They never had a chance, and I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that Bravo probably knew that from the get go…ya think?

    Wow, I didn’t know you were leaving the show. I don’t know if I can handle all that Kelly and Ramona without you there to balance it out - Bethenny can only do so much on her own!

    Jill, you remind me of so many people I grew up with in the city and it’s been a pleasure watching you the whole ride. I’m glad I discovered this blog, I’ll be following.

    I can’t watch those Jersey women, they’re every bad stereotype of a Jersey woman we New Yorkers used to laugh at. They are truly painful to watch and they all look like badly aging blowup dolls, it’s creepy. I thought Simon and his clothes were creepy!

    Would you ever consider adopting any of us? I’d love to have a real Jewish Mother who could give me some no-nonsense advice and get real with!

    Jill, looks like Ramona, Mario, and their angry “goomas”(”Team Ramona” aka “Not a Phony”) are still after you- it must be tough to hang onto grudges and bitterness for so long.

    I guess Ramona and Mario will never get past their basic envy of you and then there’s that lack of mental acuity on their part, not quick enough on intelligent repartee, and so, they throw acid. Apparently even their fans cannot handle it, they too resort to slinging mud, fabricated mud at that. Pity.

I always felt that you went on a persons website that you admire because you are a fan sent them a email( a nice one,maybe with some advice,as I have done, but it has been nice not mean,and in your best interest)..But to send a nasty email and call names, Holy Canoli..That is just Wrong!

    To the ones bad-mouthing Jill, put a lid on it! Take a closer look at Jill’s website. You will discover all of the time and effort she puts into charities. Jill, Bobby, Ally and her extended family and friends, contribute significantly to causes. If she spends money, it’s because she can afford to do it. Although I have not obviously met Jill and do not know her personally, I believe she is a genuine, caring and kind-hearted woman. Stop putting so much negative energy into bashing someone who clearly does not deserve that treatment. Find someone else to harrass!

    Another thing I wanted to say, Jill —- don’t let anyone give you a hard time about your shopping! There is nothing wrong with it. You guys (you & Bobby) work hard for what you have, you give back a lot through charities, and you should enjoy it! I think the ones giving you a hard time are just envious of the life you have. (and ignore the “haters” who come here & post — they’re just looking for attention)

    Oh— and something absolutely hilarious. My daughter and I always use the “put a braR on” thing. Any time we say it, we just crack up.

    I’m so sorry that the season of RHNYC is over! :( I haven’t watched the NJ housewives — after seeing the previews, I just can’t. From the looks of them, they are a bunch of self-centered, selfish, self-important, botox injected, silicone enhanged morons. I can’t imagine sitting and watching them each week. When I heard that one bimbo say “I feel like a single parent”, I wanted to jump through my TV —- she’s a single parent??? As her “husband” goes out and works to get all the money to keep her and she can’t even take care of an 11 year old child??? Get a grip!

    Anyway, I can’t wait until RHNYC 1 & 2 comes out on DVD. You and Bethanney are my faves. Love your mother, too.

    Hope they decide to do something more with RHNYC. You guys were the best!!!

    So I live in Dallas and my GF’s and I love you and Bethany.
    I buy the episodes and we watch them like a housewives party.

    NJ omg this is going to be a great season, So Cal was ok, Hotlanta was dirty , and NY was fab but you Jersey is goin to get ugly I am diein over here to see it all.

    I thought the New Jersey wives showed much more class than the NY housewives, although Alex and Kelly are well mannered.
    But, you, Bethenny and Luann could take lessons on how to behave from the New Jersey ladies.
    I thought it would rain pigs before I ever would say New Jersey women are classier than New York women but after this season of NY Housewives,something happened to your manners.

    I just read you blog for the New Jersey Housewives, it is great, you did an awesome job!

    I have to say, I was a little upset last week after watching the reunion show. I guess I didn’t expect the nastiness. I hold you to a higher level, but you along with everyone( especially myself) are human and get caught up, it happens.
    A liitle advice, Bethenny is your friend, a good heart, a good soul, will be there for you always.. LuLu, not so much, she is too caught up in herself to be a friend to anyone eles.She does not think she says or does anything wrong, she does not apologize, not a good thing.

    Hi Jill!
    I was in the chatroom when you were there and actually got a chance to shout out a “hello!” while on my break from work. Thank you for taking the time to do that, I can say as a member of “team Jill” that it was much appreciated and a lot of fun! I will say you (and also bethenny) are big hits in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at Miami Children’s Hospital. I work there as a nurse (midnight shifts!) and a great portion of the night shift nurses follow the show, as well as all of the amazing work you do for charity. I have such respect for you for that, as well as for not letting the show or any fame interfere with your job as a mother. Your daughter is a beautiful young woman and you must be very proud! I had the chance to see some of her photos on Flickr and she is quite talented. I am an amateur photog myself so it was neat to see her shots around NYC. Oh, and please let Bethenny know that because of her we are all getting skinnier at work! I brought her book in one night and the next night almost everyone there had made a recipe from it! Now several other people went out and bought books of their own. We are on the road to being Naturally Thin!
    Jill, I work in a profession where laughter and escape are often needed, and I get this every week from your show. You make me smile when I need to de-stress from work, and I thank you for that!
    Looking forward to another great season and to seeing more of your wonderful philanthropic efforts. You are awesome!

    Why did Ramona not ” want to engage?” Did you mean she did not want to have anything to do with you? Is she still mad over, God’s knows what?
    The New Jersey Housewives ARE in for a wild ride, but for now, I just do not have the interest in them. The show seems such a put on, and the women are real ” fakey ” sounding and acting. At least Orange County and New York are the real thing. We don’t need any other show to compete. It is getting out of hand.
    Jill, your show, or should I say ALL the girls show, would be even better without Kelly. It was excellent, without her to begin with. Now, she adds aggravation and alot of unneccesary tension. She refuses to be friends with anyone, male or female for any length of time, and she cannot carry on an intelligent conversation without that silly and immature grin. She is so self absorbed, it is nauseating.

    Okay. Hands down, Jill you are the absolute best housewife all the way around. Best looking, straight forward, considerate, (did I say georgeous?) housewife, period. I also enjoy Bethany because she keeps it real and you and she are the most “ethnic” representations in the whole show.

    Are all the people of color on the show hired help or Russell Simmons? I’ve only seen one driver that the “countess” didn’t want to acknowlege as a human; only subserviat to her Highness, not to forget her live-in housekeeper. I bet the housewives would crap their pants to be at an Oprah event, but where’s the other people of color in your lives.

    As for the others: Ramona is a bug-eyed psycho who needs to get her meds adjusted. Kelly: “I’m here, she’s down there,,,period”. What an ass! Lets pray for her kids. Simon and uh,er, um…what’s the anorexic blondes name with the crazy, uncontrollable kids…( a How-to book on childrearing??? What are you trying to raise…serial killers?!) Talk about delusional…wow,,,really scary. ANYWAY, Jill we love ya and that’s it doll! As for the Jersey housewives, I lived in Jersey my entire life…and they are the upgraded white trash version of what would be the South Jersey housewives. The show should be named the guido wives of Bergen County. Forgive me, but they are really gross. Sorry…it makes me ashamed of the Garden State, but its all for the cash and exposure. So, sad!
