Guess who was in the American Idol audience tonight? If you answered “Olivia Newton John and her strange daughter,” you’d be correct. But who cares about them? I’m more interested in Real Housewives of New York City’s Jill Zarin and her daughter Allie, who appeared quietly behind Ryan Seacrest midway through the show. I’m a little shocked Jill didn’t raise a sign for Zaaaaaarin Faaaaabrics. Then again, I’m also a little shocked she didn’t bark, “There’s Ryan Seacrest. ALLIE! CAMERA!!! NOW!!!!” Nevertheless, always fun getting a little bonus Zarin time in.

    OMG! Mario is such a ditz (and so is the newbee, Kelly)! They remind me of the attention grabbing Slade Smiley of the Orange County Housewives! I am totally committed to “TEAM JILL” and “TEAM BETHENNY”…you go girls!!!!

    Dear Jill - You and your family are delightful and a joy to watch. What lovely people you all are!! I like Bethenny and love the gentle way your family treats her.

    I suffer from an illness which causes me chronic pain, so I think you’re terrific for raising money to fight arthritis.

    PS - be careful with Kelly, she seems to be a person with some problems that could come out in bad ways. Hope I’m wrong about her - but just be careful.

    I love you Jill, but I guess it is because of your mother…she is the BEST out of ALL the housewives or guest people. What a cool lady you should all listen to her from coast to coast. This show make me feel like I’m normal. fun to watch…sherrie

    Awesome!! Jill, I’m sure you and Ally are having a blast on the West Coast. Hopefully, the weather is great and you will get to take in some sights and indulge in some shopping. What a super Mother & Daughter trip! Together with my mom and my four daughter’s, we are planning a ladies only vacation this year. I’m pushing for a shopping trip to New York and take in a Broadway musical. While, my daughter’s a begging for an Orlando trip. I’ll bet you didn’t need to twist Ally’s arm to whisk her off to LA & Vegas! :) Enjoy!!
