Miracles again!
Posted: May 30th, 2012 admin23 Comments »
For those of you who have been following me since the beginning of my TV career, you will know my original website..on mac.com..long long ago….had a section on Miracles. I would say a word or have a thought…then heard that word or thought within a few seconds or minutes on a TV show, a billboard or the phone would ring after I thought of that person I hadn’t heard from in years. Well..its been a while since then but recently Bobby has noticed them happening again. Frequently. Does this happen to you? So I just mentioned to Bobby that I am putting many of the clothes I wore during housewives filming on Ebay June 4th to coincide with the Premiere of the new season. Sort of “Out with the old..in with the new” sort of thing. A cleansing..if you will. So many of you have asked me where to buy this or that…or if you could buy something from me that you saw me wear on the show. Many of them, I loved to death and would never consider parting with them..until now. It took a lot of time for me to cull through my closets and photos to find the things you loved most. I decided that ALL..not some..of the money I receive will go to charity. It will go into a trust where I will be able to distribute the money to so many worthy causes..including sponsoring some of you when you walk, run or ride for cancer. I will continue to post when I will be open to requests for donations and sponsorships. Keep in mind..there are thousands of request every year from all over the world. I wish I could raise enough money to satisfy ALL of the requests in full, but you could imagine that would be impossible. So what my miracle? After I told Bobby about my EBAY sale, I was watching Law and Order and the lead detective mentioned EBAY. I know it doesn’t seem like a big deal…but imagine I just said the word and then..how many times has anyone on Law and Order mentioned EBAY? Seriously? I will start posting them again and hope to hear about your miracles too. Post in comments and I will share with everyone too. Keep checking back for EBAY info and when the sale starts. Happy Shopping! jIll
PS..if you remember something you wanted to buy that I wore…take photo of tv screen with me wearing it and post on twitter to me and I will try to add it to the sale if not in it already!

this sounds great Jill- happy to see you are parting with the old…. and making room for the new
I know what you mean about miracles and things like that- it has happened to me before although I can’t recall a particular example.

Jill so happy that you are making this a positive in not only your life but in the lives of other people. Blessings to you and your family! Go Spurs Go

I heard when that happens it is the Universe’s way of telling you that you’re moving in the right direction. I’d say that’s true in this case for SURE Jill! Wow! Very touching and very generous of you. I love that you’re not just going to give to BIG causes, but to the everyday heroes who are trying to make a difference, no matter how small.
I automatically thought of our town here in SE NC who has rallied around a 12 year old girl with an extremely rare form of brain/spine cancer. Through our various fund raisers we have raised probably around $35,000 for her. It doesn’t sound like much, but it has allowed the single Mom to be with her daughter 24/7, which is what Kimberly wants, and not worry about paying for their living expenses for the next few months… If you’re so inclined, please visit the Facebook page, “Fighting for Kimberly Batchelor” and see what love in (what was) a community of strangers looks like…
Your generosity is quite admirable Jill and renews my faith in celebrities doing great things with their fame. Thank you!

Jill I BELIEVE IN SIGNS .. My husband passed away suddenly in a car accident 5 years ago at the age of 40 .. and he always sends me signs .. one time I was home alone & I just went to the car to get the clothes out of the truck that he was wearing the night of the accident to put then away in the attic before my kids came home from school & my phone rang so i just left the clothes to answer the phone well not 5 mins later I heard a big bang so I ran downstairs to see what it was & I had angels hanging on my wall & they just fell on the tile floor right in front of where the clothes were & the angels didn’t even break .. the clothes were full of blood I believe he is telling me to hurry & put them away before my kids come home & see them .,.and so so many other signs he always sends me .. Love you Jill one of my favorite housewives …

That is called a confirmation Jill. It is God’s way of winking at you to say you are walking in the right direction.
Best of luck with everything. Great idea.
Big hug, Walter

Housewives will not be the same without you. Previews are not looking to good.

I will miss seeing you on the real housewife of New York City.

I like to think of them as intentions – only when you look will you be able to see it! With divine help, we have the ability to author our own legacy. So Jill, this ‘For Real Working Mother of New Jersey’ is angling to take the leap from the corporate rut, let’s do coffee (i’ll bring the cake)!

Jill – I went wild for the bracelet you wore on the last reunion show. It was lime green or citron yellow and had a big (blue, I think) stone. Could never find it anywhere. Sell that, and I’ll bid, for sure.

you should sell the Cher outfit from i think season 1 when you were showing that ingrate bethany an apartment! one of your best scenes.

My favorite miracle…. My dad passed away 15 years ago, and whenever I hit a big milestone in life (like how recently I got a new job and graduated from grad school) I hear an Eagles song on the radio. It was our favorite band when I was growing up.

You always look stunning. You were once in a picture, seated with Ally. You were wearing a black dress with a long necklace (looked like pearls) and on the left was a sunburst pin. I loved it. Sorry but I don’t have the picture to forward to you.

Hi Jill, i just wanted to tell you that i love you to death and im not watching the RHONY anymore cause you arent in it!

Jill,
Your generosity is admirable. I know that the money you raise for charities will change people’s lives! Please consider keva.org. You can make a $25 loan that will empower women to take control of their entrepreneurial spirit, enable them to care for and educate their children…and there’s a 99% chance you’ll get the money back…and be able to do it again!
My favorite “Jill” moments on tv were when you were with your daughter, your mom and sister. Your heart is your family and it shows. I wish you the best. Your an amazing woman!

Hi Jill, I also will not watch the new show. Bravo made a mistake letting you go!!! If your nasty and mentally screwed up like Bethany, they give you your own show, but they fail to keep people who the audience can relate to….

Ditto the comments of RHONY not being worth watching anymore. There are many viewers who are making the same statements all over the web. I sent an email to Andy and told him so!
I would suggest that anyone who feels that way email him as well.
Jill, good luck honey with everything, and we really miss you!

Jill, I am going to miss seeing you and your family on TV. Bravo is ridiculous for letting you go. YOU should have your own show!!
Many, many times in my life I have had experiences like the one you had with Ebay. God is watching over all of us, how important it is to hear His “voice” and follow Him! Many Blessings to you, Jill!

I’m so happy for you and that you are moving on in a very positive direction. BRAVO’s loss for sure! When making donations, I ask that you consider donating to Jewish Domestic Violence causes. I am a survivor and people don’t think it happens in the Jewish Community…it does! I have been fighting in my hometown (Pittsburgh) for over a decade to open up a safe house for jewish women, but the community here tells me it can’t be done. Are you kidding me??? “Can’t” is NOT in my vocabulary so I will find a way or make a way…good luck to you….

Jill, you are a witty, funny, sassy lady and we love you in Scotland. I just googled you to get details of the next show as we are behind in the UK to read that you will not be returning. Im totally disgusted and i for one will not be watching. I hope that Bobby’s health is going from strength to strength as will your career. If people dont like honesty and prefer falseness then their is something lacking in their lifes. good luck and all good things for the future x

Just wanted to tell you I am so sad you will not be oh RHONY anymore. I won’t watch with you gone, you have always been my favorite. To be honest I liked Bethany as well until I saw her show and realized how really crazy she is. Hopefully they will realized it and give you your own show as well.

I have called those live call-in shows brfeoe (not Andy’s) but one of those that gives financial advice and they ask all kinds of questions brfeoehand to see if you are the type person they want on air. This particular show was a satellite radio show. Of course I was just *funnin* them .tee hee, but I had broken a few body parts healing and was home alone and bored and had nothing better to do so decided to give it a whirl. I was lying of course, when I first called and they asked me what my reason was for calling. Well I sorta kinda wasn’t truly lying all of the way but was sorta kinda telling some truth because some of what I told them sorta kinda did happen. My sister in law had died 10 years prior and in her will had left everything to her husband (they had no children). She also asked in the will that when her husband died if half of everything he owned would please go to her Mother and if she was not living then to her brother (my husband). Her husband wrote his will so that her wishes were granted. Who the hell knew that they had a $3.1 million estate!!!!!!! Holy christ!!! All those years we thought they were bumbling rednecks like the rest of us ..lol Anyway, I explained that to the guy who interviewed me but tried to sound like some dumbass redneck..hahaha who just fell off the turnip truck and they were stumbling over their feet to keep me on the line and find out as much information about me as they could. I was having grand time teasing them. They asked me if I had an IRA or a Roth, etc and of course I pretended like I never heard of one and had the best time playing along with them. They kept asking if I could stay on the line and would I mind if I was the last caller of the day, that they wanted to clear time for me at the end of the show (I cannot believe they fell for my crap I guess my bumbling hillbilly accent grabbed them) and I told them I didn’t mind at all. They even told me they would be happy to get me in touch with financial advisers in my area who would be more than happy to actually come to my home and help me with any and every question I might have about investing. I, of course made my usual jokes about the Deliverance (the movie) references hahaha..you know the old jokes about banjo music and seeing albino looking people sitting on porches and lots of yard dogs hahaha All and all it was a good day. Alas, then I used my old excuse about the perils of having a BUD (big ugly dish) in the middle of a cow pasture and the cows rubbing their asses on it to scratch and kept saying yer fadin out I can barely hear ya this darn satellite dish the cows rub their asses on the dish and knock it out of alignment then I fade away. As far as the will of the brother in law went .yup you guessed it a kajillion relatives came out from under every rock in the state and are fighting like wild dogs in court..hahaha and it is fun to watch ..I am loving it. And that is what I love about the south. We could be our own Reality Show haha
