Kind of Happy for your departure from Housewives. Your better than them Jill, sweeter, kinder and normal! I will no longer watch RHONY will not be as dun without ur presence.. Ur hubby, Mom and Daughter are more valid in ur life. I thought Bethanny did u wrong. A friend is a friend is a friend. She was not tour friend. Ya can’t disconnect from a person that loves you that quickly she had her own agenda as painful as that was for u I’m glad u saw thru her.. Finally.. Please don’t think I am being forward but I would like to leave my love and support for you. You have made an impact through being on the show. You have a quality which is of kindness and wisdom which shone throughout the series, but with all the terrible consequences came the bad press and attack of your charactor. What people don’t seem to realise is that you are part of a reality show that needed conflict and you gave as good as you got. The difference between you and the other “ladies” was that you had the love and support of Bobby who only wanted to be your champion and not like the other men who desired the limelight. I know you will rise above the show like a pheonix from the ashes, shining brightly and taking on the next challenge of life with dignity and honour. Good luck and shine brightly in your next endeavour.

You and Bobby were the best thing on the NYHW’s. I hope you find something that will showcase your great personality and pinasche as well as Bobby’s stealth (strong but quiet) sense of style and presence. You should do a show that features your store and maybe interesting clients/homes, etc. Also, definitely include Brad. He is hysterical! It would be such a great mix.
During one of my trips to NYC I visited your store a couple of years back. Bobby was there with his son. He was so gracious and welcoming. I know he probably sees many people every day that watch the show. That has to be tiring.
It was time to move on but take advantage of your standing and do something better like the above. I watched the housewives out of curiosity at first. Then I loved seeing parts of the City in the episodes – the first few seasons were the best – I loved the outdoor gay party you, Brad and Bethenny went to and were dancing. Brad was so funny – or when he was remodeling your apt. The last 2 seasons were not so great. The fighting and such was not cool. Separate yourself from that and reach for something more – it will be a big hit.
Best of luck to you and Bobby! I’ll be watching to see your new show…hope you do something soon. Even if it’s on Oxygen or one of the other cable networks – then run it in same time slot as NY Housewives.

I really am so sad that rhony has ended for you and Alex. I really believe if you original girls would have talked things thru and listened to eachother, it would have been fine. On the first season we felt chemistry and comfortable. When the others were brought on it seemed as though it changed, too much. There really is a difference between gossip (which all girls love) and being mean and malicious! Jill was beloved as was Alex. It’s such a shame. If anything, I have always felt LuAnn was the catalyst for a lot of the problems. A lot of the problems she used to her advantage, and then would stand back and play innocent. Gonna miss Jill but we all know she’ll do great.

Jill you are fabulous and I loved you since the first time I saw you on tv. I think you are always 100% on everything you say and do and I do feel that you are real to yourself. I watched you struggle with who you are this last season and I think you shouldn’t have. All the arguments with bethanny and the other girls were never caused by you and you deserved to be upset.You were backstabbed once they did not need you anymore. Sometimes I would have to change the channel because there were so many things that I wish you would have said to some of them. My husband thinks I am crazy because I get so upset, but he doesn’t understand because he is not a NY Jewish mom but watching you does make him somehow understand my crazy. Mazel!

Really going to miss you on Real Housewives of New York City. You absolutely made the show. Andy Cohen made a -big- mistake letting you get away. I have no intention of watching the show as they have now decimated it (getting rid of Alex however, was long overdue).

Its very apparent that you have a really big heart and you go above and beyond to help your friends. Yet, you say it just like it is – no beating around the bush – I love that about you – I hope you come back for season 5 – in my social circle – we love you!
I caught you on Fox News talking about the Obama administration and you really held your own – I was very impressed with how you handled yourself considering you were dealing with some pretty hard core news people that are very intense and intellectual and take themselves a little too seriously.

I already posted on the Bravo blog that I hoped the rumors weren’t true. You were the one who started up the New York franchise. I even heard that you hand picked every cast member the first season. I honestly think that you received terrible backlash from all the Bethenny lovers. I understood where you were coming from. You were hurt by her. As soon as her SG line took off and she got a man, she dumped you. I don’t understand why people don’t see that. As for Ramona, she bullied Alex so much and then all of a sudden when Ramona wants to befriend her, Alex forgives and forgets and they’re besties along with Bethenny. You got a raw deal. I see the truth. It’s their loss from your ex-friends. Bethenny and Ramona are the ones who are missing out from having a wonderful person and friend in their life. I wish you only the best in the future.

Well, Andy has done it again – made a horrific mistake. Just the thought of them keeping Rameana and Sonja makes my stomach hurl. I told my husband this morning (after hearing the announcement) that this just what our family needs because this will be one less reality show that I will be following. They should have kept Jill – not the other two poor excuses of human beings. They are so mean, immature and totally without class. Without Jill on the show, the show has no interest for me. My husband was sooo happy to have his wife back. LOL
Great Job Bravo – ANOTHER BRAZEN MISTAKE!!! STUPID, STUPID, STUPID. Ratings will definitely go down!!!

I quit watching the show last year because Alex, Ramona, Sonya and Kelly are nuts! So I will say Bravo got some of the firings right. No need to start watching it again. I was surprised that you were one of them. I could never figure why you would ever be associated with such a group of famous wannabes. Good Luck and can’t wait to see what your next adventure is!

I have absolutely loved you in the show! You’re the most down to earth and genuine of all of the housewives. Cannot believe they’d let you go in the first place, but for them to keep Ramona and Sonja over you is ridiculous! I can’t stand either of them, and I’ve really tried to like them, but I can’t. As far as LuAnn goes, she’s so-so, but she’s so caught up in her own little world, and she’s blown the “duchess thing” WAY out of proportion. And bless her heart, she CANNOT sing! Reminds me of fingernails running down a chalkboard! Will not watch the show any longer, and I really don’t see how it can make it without YOU!!! OMG…BRAVO has totally just lost it.
Jill you were the one that started it all and stood by
them through think and thin. You allowed them to put your most private and hurtful moments out there for all of us to see and this is how they repay you. I understand and am VERY Happy they fired Alex.. happy to see her and her husband go.. Kept asking for them to do that.. I loved it when Bobby stood up for you and let Simon know he knew what Simon was doing to you. I hope you and Bethany will find a time and place to fix the relationship..

What can I write at this point. I was quite shocked and displeaded to hear and read that you were released from RHONY. In my honest opinion, you gave the show its heart and soul. You are generous, kind, beautiful, loving, and most of all the epitome of class and elegance. Thank you so very much for leaving your mark on reality television. Appalled that they fired you from the cast. You are truly the best business woman of all of them. You have never changed. You have kept your dignity when those around you showed their true colors. Wow! I just heard you got fired, along with Kelly, Alex and Cindy! I really don’t think that was fair… I was looking forward to you developing the typical plot with Kelly and Cindy, not to mention Sonja… Bethany and Ramona had pretty much run its course and I was looking forward to more redemption… the more you “changed”, the more interesting the show got! Alex is too easy and not a lot of fun to watch her and her husband play the fool, but I was waiting to see you go at it with the wannabe Countess… sooner than later! Good riddance to Kelly the whacko airhead and Cindy the self-absorbed narcissist, but I am sure that you would continue to “change” and do a good job with the smarter “girls”! No one has the “class” to take LuAnn to the mat!

I can’t believe Bravo finally wised up and let Alex go, but kept Ramona! What is Andy Cohen smoking??? I would have loved to have seen a fun season with you, Cindy, Kelly, and the Countess without Alex, Simon, and Ramona’s fakeness, meanness, and drama. I do feel sorry for Alex, though, I’m sure she’s spent the summer practicing making crazy faces, stomping around, and coming up with “clever” catchphrases.

The show will surely falter without you, I always considered you the central figure on this one. I must admit I am not sad to see Kelly, Cindy & Alex go. They needed to. You were a shock. Love all the RH shows, but even as a New Yorker, I will not watch this one any longer. Bobby is by far and away the best husband, and as you know, you are blessed. I am very sorry to see you leave the show. I had doubts about watching Season 5 due to Ramona, Alex and her husband, but I will NOW, no longer be watching. Bravo has made a big mistake, a mistake I believe will show up in the ratings.

Jill, I can’t imagine watch the Housewives without you on it. I will have a hard time watching Ramona and Sonja…ugh. I hope the replacements are interesting to say the least. They have big shoes to fill, you and Kelly. I am really sad that you are no longer will be on the show. you brought lightness, kindness, humor and most of all, compassion. I think Ramona has issues and Sonja needs to realize that she is middle aged and not a young, hot thing. It’s a sad day for us in Philly !

Jill: I don’t know what BRAVO is thinking, wanting to create more drama…Although I watched RHONJ the last few seasons, this season stinks because of all the family drama. People have enough drama in their own day to day lives without creating any more on TV. Its just sad, to see you, and the other ladies go. When I first watched RHWONY i fell in love with you and your family..I was not going to watch any of these shows that Bravo put on but you drug me in and i could not wait until the next week to come into your lifes..
As for what Bravo did by firing you it is over for me I will never watch that Ranona trash again she gave me such a head ache..I think she is a drunk and I can’t stand her.She is the girl in High school that slept with all the guys but never got to go to the prom..LOL!It seems Bravo like the rest of these shows want nothing but the freeks so let them have them..I would tell the idiots to Kiss where the sun doesn’t shine and never work for those morons again..

Hi Jill- Really sad to discover that you will not be returning for season 5,don’t think many viewers will be either,myself included! We are almost through season 2 here in England with the first 2 series being shown back to back so I feel that over the past month or so I have really got to know you as a person and regard you as a friend!(hope that dosn’t sound too crazy!)I guess its because you appear to be what everyone would want in a friend and to echo what many others have written previously I have come to admire your honesty, warmth of spirit,depth of character and obvious love for your family and life in general, not to mention your dry wit and sense of humour!I really felt that we got to see the “real” Jill Zarin and that you didn’t compromise yourself just because the cameras were there-unlike some of the other cast members I feel-buts thats probably because you know that the real “you” is good enough!I am sure that whatever you have up and coming will be a success because of your integrity and attitude to life. By taking off you, Cindy & Kelly, they are removing 3 of the most authentic cast members. Obviously phoniness will drive the show (except for Luanne) & it will become a soap opera. I live in Glasgow, Scotland and we are just getting Real Housewives,from the minute i saw the first episode i must admit i thought you stood out from evryone, we are only on the 4th season i think, i’m just watching your hubby say that his cancer is gone and he is doing great,so whatever season that is, i am so enjoyig your show and think you and Lu-ann are the best (Ramonas eyes freak me out,,they are crazy eyes).Best of luck from Glasgow, we are all hooked. xxx

I have watched you on real housewives and even shouted at the screen when i have seen you getting attacked…. i have to say you are the best member of the cast by far!
