If you are reading this for the first time, you missed Week 7 live blog. I try to blog live every week. I am looking for a format where I can do a live video chat during the episode. I signed up with STARCAM and they will give my own channel with all kinds of fun ways to interact. It is not LIVE yet..but feel free to look around the site and see what is coming. starcam.com and put in jill zarin. A portion of the proceeds will go to a charity we are working with at that time. Can’t wait! I love you Jill. You are beautiful and so funny. BTW, it is really sad today to hear the news about LouAnn. I wish her the best and I bet you will be there to help support her through this. Another BTW — did you see the shot of Ramona eating with you and Luanne at the Hamptons (before you went to get your hair done and when Ramona was shooting down boardin school). Ramona was chewing with her mouth wide open. It was disarming!! Did you notice?

Dear Jill, From the very start of the Real Housewives of New York show, I felt that you were a very down to earth and sincere person. Thank you for being who you are, for loving Allyson and Bobby like you do and allowing all of us to peek in and share parts of your life through the show. You are such a devoted and loving mother/stepmother and I just adore the connection you and Allyson have, as well as the heartfelt emotions you show when beautiful Allyson has reached particular milestones in her young life.

I fell in love with NYC during my trip in ’07. And that love continues thru your show! I was also curious to know if you knew anyone that might have charities that work with Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis…. it is a rare cancer like condtion in children? I think Kelly wanted to meet her alone, because Kelly knows that you all, especially YOU would rally around Bethenny. Not that she needs it, our favorite Skinny Girl can handle anyone and anything.
I’m glad to see that you were upset by the “cute” comment. I was mad for you last week! It’s not cute. It’s very painful. My Dad has it and my great Aunt Peg had it. Aunt Peg had it so bad, that she couldn’t use her hands towards the end.
I wish I had the money to throw around and help. I do what I can in my own little world.

Jill – the only reason I still watch is because of you and Bethenny. Alex makes me want to vomit regularly – I mean really – do they really think they are that attractive? OY! Romona is so first season. I think she is spoiled rotten and again, thinks too much of herself.
You on the other hand, your wit and your Jill-isms just keep me entranced! And Bethenny – if I could listen to you two all day I would buy tickets! I love your one lined zingers. I adore you.

Ally is freaking adorable! I hope that she finds relief from her pain soon! I have been a RA sufferer since I was in my 20′s (as well as Fibromyalgia), so I understand her pain.

Wow. Kelly is CrAzY. Selective memory! Get her off the show! I hate watching when she’s on. She thinks she is Paris Hilton or something. She needs to grow up, get a life, and spend some time with her kids instead of whoring it around town..seems like shes more boy crazy than a 13 year old and not crazy about being a mom. Get your priorities straight! Geez, I hate her. Bethenny is awesome with the comebacks though. Seriously, please do anyting you can to get her off the show!!!

well, I just think that kelly is so new to the group, and she feels like an outsider. nobody has to be her best friend, I guess at the charity meeting she accidently said “that’s cute” about ali and her arthritis. it just came out wrong. I don’t think that kelly’s heart is in the charity. and she should try harder to communicate that she is not interested in coming instead of showing up late. By showing up at all, it gave the other girls mixed messages. Is she wanting to participate or not. So kelly just needs to communicate better, mabey the whole problem could of been avoided

I love your mother, will she be on again this season? The time she took to listen to Bethanny warmed my heart. I think it’s great she’s had such good response, I am obviously not the only one who related to her.
I lost my daughter last year in an accident, watching you with your daughter brings back good memories for me.

WOWWWW I cant stand Kelly. Props to Bethany for maintaining her cool- it’s VERY easy to lose it in that situation. Kelly is a person that when they act out, you nix them. period. There is NO reason that one person should talk to another in that nature. She just finished telling Ramona not to waste her time on Simon. So why does Kelly insist on belittling Bethanny? If Kelly doesn’t have time for others then she should go live in her little bubble with Max.

Ramona is finally seeing Kelly’s true colors. I don’t know why she kissed Kelly’s a** so much before getting to know her. Ramona and Mario are VERY jealous of you and Bobby. And Mario looks like he gets very confrontational and obnoxious with you! You handled that with dignity. I would have knocked him out and appeared in the papers with Kelly. At least I would have been able to plead my case with complete sentences. Kelly is an idiot. Bethenny held back – she could have cut Kelly in half with one hilarious sentence. i think you completely underplayed KELLY’S CRAZINESS she was ranting and raving and repeating herself with out being able to answer her own questions on to why she was mad. she was like a little girls talking out her butt!! and what was up with her waiting on the other side of the door. it was hilarious! you could see the craziness in her eyes when she was telling Bethany to calm down (as Bethany is cool as a cucumber texting and trying to leave) you can tell she is starving for attention as she adds in “i got to go on a date”…what are you in junior high… so sad!!
(you have to admit it lends some credibility to the recent assault charges)

Bethenny definitely retold the story exactly how it happened and didn’t try to swing it her way like Kelly did when she told Ramona. Kelly is very childish, she’s the one that needs to calm down since she stormed out on Bethenny!
And I am absolutely appalled by Ramona and Mario at dinner. Have they seriously already forgotten about all the charities you do, especially your one for Ally and that you work at Zarin Fabrics?! And I like how Ramona has to “reiterate” what she’s ‘accomplished’ while the camera is around. They’re so immature gossiping about you during dinner! NO CLASS! Unlike you, you’re FABULOUS!

I have met Seth Ginsberg at Arthritis Foundation conferences on more than one occasion and he has done such an amazing job with the organization. Maybe we will see you and Ally at the national conference this summer in Houston!! That would be great for Ally and she could make life-long amazing friendships with other young adults living with arthritis just like I have.

Jill here is my short version. Kelly is extremely rude, I saw her rude three times (I am very good at reading people:))! From the start I noticed her horse riding was below par, now her social skills lack terribly. If you ask someone to meet you at least be on time.
Ramona and Mario have huge egos, I always thought it was only Ramona!

Jill, I enjoy your spirit! Bethenny was terrific and honest as Kelly ranted on. Kelly revolves around Kelly. I love the show, but find that Kelly ruins the enjoyment. No one needs or wants to watch Kelly unravel and distort reality so badly. We enjoy reality not the loss of touch with reality under the guise of reality.

Honestly – I found this episode shocking!
The only calming moment was your beautiful wall paper on kitchen cabinets; loved it!
I use to not like Ramona – compared to Kelly, Ramona is a Saint!
At least Ramona has grown and learned to get along better with people.
She’s actually pretty connected with most of you the last few weeks.
I’ve been impressed with her growth and ability to handle things better now.
Is there a site to be supportive of Bethenny? Kalamity Jane! I love that girl!

Jill- you were so wronged by what looked like an inibriated Mario. He should try out for broadway if he’s so interested in acting (out loud). You did a good job of restraining yourself and keeping your cool (as well as can be expected).
Kelly is from outter space and Bethenny should just laugh her off. Just look what’s going on in her personal life. Clearly she has issues.

Jill… I was so liking the clothes you were wearing but that wallpaper jacket you wore tonight’s episode made me laughed so hard..you really take your job too seriously that you wear them too, but in a not so nice pattern!! Uggh where did you buy that outfit? But I still like you Jill and I agreed with you that Alex and Simon are really nice people despite them being shallow at times.

Hi Jill, I think you’re great. I LOVE your apartment. Mario has no class. He was very rude. It was embarrassing. Kelly is mentally unstable and scary. b. handled it great. I can’t believe the way she changed the story. even on the blog she said that B. was waiting for her in the restaurant at the end. She doesn’t care about anyone but herself. I think she is very jealous of B.

From my own opinion, I found the way Kelly treated Bethenney was absolutely disrespectful. Every time I see Kelly saying hello to her I feel disgusted because it’s just so fake and duplicated the way she greets and represents herself not only to her but to everyone around her. If I ever saw Kelly on the street in the city I would definitely give her a piece of my mind and most likely point out that her nypd ankle bracelet definitely doesn’t match her weird pink boots.

She was incredibly rude and high school herself and was projecting onto Bethanny who was acting like a lady through the whole thing. Please please please do not bring Kelly back for another season!! First of all I feel very bad for Luann….the Count SUCKS for doing that….and she seems like she may be a bit more likeable in real life than portrayed on TV..am I right?

~steps up on my soapbox~ ok let me start off by saying, I had NEVER heard of Kelly till she got on the show, you know how many models there are? now if you are tyra or cindy crawford, sure who don’t know ya..but she is not that cute for one, and she acts like her time is so much better than anyone else’s..she doesnt do charity , that just blows my mind..my husband is a nobody and yet he went down to new orleans and helped a guy build him a shed, and another guy with running electric, after it was over, they had made a video of the guy he had helped, the guy was so thankful, it made ya cry, so to me, that would of been a better feeling, than anything kelly could even THINK about doing..I hope they get rid of her! I really like you, you say what you think and you dont put up no fronts, and you look like you have a good time while you are doing it, I also enjoy bethany..she is another one, that says what she thinks..like it or not, I think instead of everyone stabbin each other in the back..they should watch out for each others back..shrugs~ but what do I know..I’m a nobody lol~

OMG, I live in Iowa on a farm and have better manners than Kelly, Ramona and Mario!!! Then for Kelly to go around and try and get everyone on her side, running her mouth to anyone who will listen, poor Max, he just wanted to get laid! Bethanny held her head high and came out of that meeting with all the class. Class isnt who you know, it is how you conduct yourself in the presence of others.

Jill – BRAVO (no pun intended) for putting Mario in his place! He really and truly creeps me out…in fact, the whole “Ramario” union is weird and unnatural. I could not believe how he was taunting and mocking you at the party. Very gauche. He also needs to find a new hair color, his looks unnatural, very Arnold Schwartenegger-ish. Can’t believe Ramario is so critical of Silex.
Love Silex. They come across as two very kind hearted, loving, secure people. Love Bobby and Ally too…what does your mom think of your new spread? Very lovely.
Bethanny was AMAZING with Kelly, and I loved how she stood her ground and was so articulate. Kelly is very sad, and not at all a “rock star” although I’m sure she is in her own mind…she is creepy too…let’s send her and Ramario away…they deserve each other…

OMG! Jill I heart you and Bethenny or as my circle of girlfriends who are addicted to the show call her ‘BFRANK’! I cannot stand Kelly, please someone tell me why she was added? the shows dynamic was fine before her and if it ain’t broke don’t fix it! Alex and Simon’s child rearing abilities are still questionable, however, they have become a little more likable (although delusional, I love the background music that is played when they are in scenes together). Did they really believe that the house would be finished in a month?! I was just starting to not cringe when Ramona came on the screen and then she showed her a@# tonight?! What is her issue? The whole LuAnn and Kelly/Ramona and Kelly love fest is so phony. I’m so glad we have you, Brad and B. Frank to keep us entertained. I absolutely would watch a spin off of you and Brad as long as your mom was a featured guest. P.S. I one day hope to have the balanced relationship you and Bobby seem to share. As for Mario saying you don’t work- he’s a moron, you are more than a REAL HOUSEWIFE, you are a BRAND.

Jill, First of all, you are really fabulous; totally natural on the show and the reason we all watch. Just wanted to impart some info on Mario. My older brother was a Davis Cup alternate in the late 19602-early 1970s and played the circuit for many years. I grew up with all the best players of the day because of him: Charlie Passarell, Stan Smith, Arthur Ashe, etc, and am still friends with many of them. NO ONE has heard of Mario… no one! Certainly he never played the big tournaments such as Forest Hills or Wimbledon, or never got beyond the qualifying rounds. On the show, he was briefly shown playing and his strokes are pathetic; his attempts at forehand spin were pure comedy. Moreover, he was obnoxious and rude in his treatment of you.I wouldn’ stoop to playing a match with him, nor would I give him the time of day. He and Ramona are fools. Wanted you o know you’re much admired.

Mario made an ass of himself but then again he looked like he had had one too many … after all if you wanted to play tennis with Ramona why should YOU pick who would be on your team? I though you showed great restraint when he was being verbally abusive to you.. I think the camera did show it all… Ramona embarrasses herself… as for Kelly, Bethenny has a lot more class.. when Kelly met max in the bar doesn’t she realize he was taking an opportunity to get her into the bedroom… she embarrassed herself also.. acting like you are 20 doesn’t make you twenty .. and all she has is looks. she’s not smart.. nor savvy.. and couldn’t make it if she did not have looks… there is a reason she is freindlier with Ramona.. Wow! Where to begin. You appear to be a nice, middle class, lady, but this week everyone hit new lows, of course that is the reason I watch this show! The battling Singers are beyond amendment, why would you ever be lured into a rematch with Mario of all people? What does he get out of playing tennis against you? I think you are right – air time. Was he on drugs during that Page Six party? He was picking fights with everyone! I don’t know whether he can play tennis or not, but I guess we will find out next week.
I really think you mistreat Brad, who is your husband’s embloyee – I can’t wait for his harassment lawsuit against “Zarin Fabics,” look at the wealth of proof he has of your maltreatment of him. You are absolutely declasse when you interact with him, especially when he does all of these “favors” for you. Class it up with the help a bit.
If you think Bethenny comes off well in her exchanges with Kelly, or anyone else for that matter, well, I just don’t know where you were raised. The two of them make for good TV, but a real friend would tell Bethenny to leave the show and get some serious psychiatric help. The tough exterior and crying episodes are not good signs of anything.
The fact that Alex and Simon are coming off so well this year is indicative of the fact that the rest of you are a hot mess!
By the way, Zarin redecorated my townhouse a number of years ago, but I doubt I would go to them today in light of the fact that you repeatedly tell us each week that your designer, Brad, is incompetent.

Why is Mr. Van Kampen McCord leaving comments on your blog? My God, isn’t being on television enough for you, Simon? I had told Jill last season that I would not watch this season if you and Alex were on but I have watched a couple of episodes. However, when I watched the episode in the Hamptons, I had to take a prescription anti-nausea pill to get through it. I’m not joking, I really did.
Jill, please read by comment to Bethenny about tonight’s episode regarding Kelly’s behavior. Kelly is truly UGLY, in every sense of the word. My favorite comment to Bethenny is that Kelly thinks her ass is a birthday cake and everyone wants a piece of it!

Jill, from the west coast here. Sent an earlier comment but dont see it up. Just noted how I love Bobby. Watching him go through the apartment and looking at the kitchen cabinets. He’s the real deal and a reminder to us girls what we really want from a guy. The last few weeks have made me laugh so hard. There have been comments and scenes that are so over the top that I find myself laughing days later. For ex: just seeing Simon laying on that table for his message..rolls me or Romona comparing eye sight with the governor still gets me. Your on there a couple times as well. You cannot write this stuff. Anyways I am putting together a sound clip 3 minute piece that already is hysterical to hear. When Im done I will get you a copy. It has this seasons top “she didnt just say that” stuff.

As far as Kelly’s behavior, I have to disagree with something you said. Popular girls in high school do not gain that status via their resources, of which they have practically none except for their parents. To that end, high schoolers tend to rightfully disengage from their parents as is age appropriate.
Therefore, popular high school girls generally gain that status because of wit, ease, and ability to reach out and include. If, and I’m only guessing, Kelly thinks that popularity is solely an offshoot of resources, then I’ve no doubt she was not popular in high school and, therefore, didn’t learn a hoot about how to achieve such a feat.
That said, Kelly would have been carrying Bethanny’s books in high school instead of behaving like a shrew in her middle age.
Seems Mario missed the lessons on how to gain popularity as well.

All of my girlfriends watched it & agreed with me that Kelly seemed on a drug, cocain. She didn’t make sensible points but later remembered the event as though she had been calm and Bethenny had been eradict.
Every time Kelly repeated the event, she embellished it also.
We don’t know how Bethenny kept so calm. Kelly actually brought up the old boyfriend issue by saying, “Do you want to go down Memory Lane?”.
That fascinated all of us! Kelly DID remember the night she first met Bethenny after all! How “cute”!!!
It’s just appalling that this woman is on the show. She doesn’t want her name on Charities as she has her own, but – oh, wait! She doesn’t have any Charities she tells Luann. It was nice to see the Countess LuAnn say Bethenny had a good heart because she does. It’s obvious this new non-housewife on the show is seeking mostly attention and wanting to be a “rock star” which she loves to say. No joke, Kelly is the biggest Social Climber ever put on Reality TV. We’re very disappointed in the casting of her.

I don’t write on well-known people’s blogs but I’ll make an exception here.
Mario was incredibly rude to you at that party. Since it would’ve been uncouth for you to slap him right then and there, I think Bobby should’ve stepped in (I’m sure he heard what we heard). Not because you can’t handle yourself – but because he was taking a physically aggressive stance and the stuff he was saying was something I feel it’s appropriate for a spouse to step in and put an end to. (2-against-1 tends to stop the “1″).
I was surprised to see a couple of duffer strokes from Mario – selective editing? – when Ramona & Bethenny were watching. Being a tennis player myself (I played for my college tennis team back in the Jurassic Era of wood racquets; I’m several years younger than Mario), I was surprised because I know he’s a Top 5 nationally-ranked player in his age group. That’s actually pretty impressive stuff and one doesn’t think of people ranked that high playing awkward strokes.
I’m surprised you had a problem with J&R – they are a very well-respected company in the Techie world (they tend to charge list price for stuff though, so I don’t order from them, too easy to order elsewhere but in your case they are pretty local to you). I hope you got that straightened out.
Last but not least – Bethenny totally PWNED Kelly, who proved she is vacuous and dumb as a pile of rocks. How did Columbia let that woman out with a degree? (Or in, for that matter) Did she, “like”, kill all her, “like”, brain cells with, “like”, Blow afterwards? She’s a complete moron, Bethenny was arguing with someone who was completely unarmed. As for that guy, you can say “HOTTTTTT” but he was dense, too. They’re a match made in Dumbo heaven if you ask me, complete with pink Wellies (WTF?). How DARE Kelly say “I’m up here and you’re down there” to Bethenny?

I am so glad I found this blog! Okay here is my two cents…..Housewives of New York is the only ‘Housewives’ show I watch. I just love you Jill, as well as Bethenny, and LuAnn. Alex is interesting. Ramona is good for some drama (I suppose you need drama for T.V., right?). But, why on Earth did they add Kelly? She is such a bubble head (“cute”, constant lateness, holier then thou, etc).
I am so sorry, Jill, that you had to deal with Mario at the party. He was like a crazed lunatic. You showed more restraint then I ever could.

I love your husband. If you ever decide to leave him, he is mine….and I will take him without $. There is no greater tribute to his faith in you than his restrained reassurance of your abiltiy to deal with Mario in tonight’s episode. At the time, you could not have possibly known how closely he was watching you and waiting to see if you needed him to step in. But, he trusted your strength and didn’t step in. That was more powerful than all the “I love you’s” you could ever receive. All joking aside, I have a husband of 26 years and he is just like that….how lucky we are to have wingmen so that we can fly!!

Every Tuesday I stay up way too late reading the blogs-I love both your and Bethenny’s honest approach. You always end up making me laugh. I think Bobby is a saint!! and I am Glad you appreciate him it is great to see a happy couple. Sorry to hear about the Countess’ divorce-but saw that coming- he is never around. Love your new digs & can’t wait to see the finished project. You & Brad should have your own decorating show-you could teach people how to use fabrics & texture-Fabric truly is the key to good design.
Now onto B vs K, Kelly’s blog says Bethenny was waiting for her down stairs, what a crock as Kelly left first and is clearly lying in wait to hurl another HS comment at Bethenny. B should just be thankful Kelly did not assualt her like she did her boy toy. Maybe it is the boots she borrowed from her daughter that makes her act so childish. Bethenny handled herself well.
Can’t wait till next week to see who you bring for your tennis partner. Why does Mario want to beat you so bad- If he is such a pro why is he bothering?? I love Bethenny as well she seems a little hard that is only because she has had it rough. I think our countess needs a little reality, unfortunately I have heard about her divorce so I think this may snap her out of it a bit. Kelly seems like the fatal attraction type, she had no reason to confront Bethenny. As for Ramona I have no words to describe her other then a fish in and out and back in of water. Jill you are always my favorite, trying to help on every angle. Keep up the good work.

I am so addicted to your show! This is a real reality show — you can’t script some of the behavior I see because egos are involved! Ramona, from day one, comes off as being the most obnoxious person ever! I always thought that she was lucky that she had a husband because I never understood how anybody would put up with her. After last night’s episode with Mario attacking you, it is crystal clear — they are made for each other! You held your own (as you always do) and he made a complete ass out of himself. I love you and Bethenny and you two make me laugh out loud. The other girls (that includes Simon) are entertaining kind of like a train wreck — you find yourself watching but can’t look away. Kelly is a mess and very insecure. Does she not know that the cameras are following her and that her version differs from the filmed version? Bethenny showed a LOT of class when Kelly said she was “up here and Bethenny was down there”! Most females would come unglued. You two are the reason I watch! Can I just say, I would like to be you “when I grow up?” You and Bethenny are fab. That Ramona is so twitchy – when she dances it is like she has no bendable joints.
I hear the Countess is seperated from the Count. How is she going to correct people on their introductions now? Will it be The FORMER Countess?
And Kelly. Puh-lease. What a spaz. Gotta love how she was acting like she had only met Bethenny twice, and then said Bethenny came to her home with someone who was “hired.” She’s a bigger ass than the ones on the horses she rides.
I work for a non-profit doing events, and have to deal with wanna-bes like Kelly all the time… what saves us are the actual caring “doers” like you, and Bethenny! Thank you for all of your good work and making a difference in the lives of others!

Jill, you and Bethenny are like two strong beacons of light in a sea of insanity. These other women are just messes, not even “hot” messes mind you. Bethenny, you handled yourself like a pro with Kelly. Can you say Norman Bates?!?!? Kelly is delusional and not real bright. I don’t know how Bethanny stopped herself from laughing while Kelly was going off on her irrational ranting (i especially loved how she accused Bethanny of stalking her in her blog this week….did she not WATCH the show herself and see the timeline?) Mario is an arrogant assh*le who oogles every woman who walks by him. I don’t know how you stopped from poking his arrogant stinking eyes out. Keep him away from your daughter (I’m serious).
Your daughter is BEAUTIFUL and I certainly hope she reads how many people have said that. It’s a really tough age-I don’t care how beautiful girls are at that age, all they see are their faults.
Bobby is a teddy bear- definitely a keeper.

First of all, you are such an inspiration! A working Mom and wife. I get a kick out of your personality with the other ladies. You have a realness quality and brute honesty, and a big heart. Your work towards charitys should inspire us all. I volunteer and it’s the best feeling in the world to make a difference in someone’s life.

After watching Orange County (and Atlanta’s) housewives, I wasn’t sure if I could stomach New York’s. However, at the insistence of my mother, I finally TiVo’d it, including last season’s.
I’ll tell you right now, I am thrilled that I did! You really are what I consider a perfect definition of classy. Between yourself and Bethenny, I honestly think you’re the saving graces of that show. Without the two of you, there would really be no redeemable qualities of anyone there.
Your charities are amazing, and I honestly wish you and your daughter the best of luck in your endeavors. Although I doubt either of you need it, since you’re hard working women! Cheers to you, continue being a great example of how a strong woman should behave while maintaining their dignity and poise. I honestly think the Countess could learn a lesson or two from you!
Your relationship with your husband also makes me smile! It’s refreshing to see that on TV, especially since it’s not so feigned.
(And good gracious, don’t bother with Kelly anymore. What a disaster that woman is!)

Something about him is not trusting-Ramona should keep her eye on him-this not difficult, being they are always WIDE open! haha!!

Housewives of New York is my favorite of the Housewives shows. It gives someone like me a view into the mind set of ladies in NY. I thought there would be a bigger cultural difference, but there really isnt. I can relate to all the women in the show save Ramona and Kelly.

Mario is a disgrace as is Kelly and hopefully they each learned someothing when they saw the actual footage. Jill you were a model of restraint as was Bethenny. Ramona has always been the trashiest and least appropriately dressed (who could forget her on the dancefloor or her daughter begging her to dress differeently)but she had the nerve to chastise Alex van Kempen for nude photos! Jill you were wonderful as always, totally beyond reproach. I just cannot get over Mario’s behavior. My father and my late husband are rolling in their graves that a man could treat a woman that way for ANY reason, let alone a tennis match.

I so look forward to your show – you make me laugh because I grew up on Long Island and I have lived in NY for many years. I love that you spend so much time doing charity work, and if you spend big bucks at ZT’s salon, well – you have it to spend and a Lady’s gotta DRESS, ya know? Bobby is a delight.
In terms of Mario attacking you – it’s obviously not your problem. There’s something about him wanting more face time on camera going on and he acted like he was tanked up. I thought the same about Kelly.
Kelly’s behavior reminded me of a VERY similar situation I had when I was ‘attacked’ in the very same way, by a person I later found out was high on cocaine. I’m not saying Kelly was on coke, but…the style of ‘attack’ was virtually the same as my experience. It gave the person who did it to me (an entertainer) a lofty sense of self importance, and a complete inability to judge anything resembling reality.
I reacted the exact same way as Bethenny, because when you are looking down the gun barrel at the eyes of crazy…you want to move slowly and not startle it into a stampede.
I love the fast paced banter with Brad (I have many gay husbands myself), and the way you love Ally and let her roam as well – you are a great example of someone who loves their life and all it entails, and still appreciates the opportunity to work for charities and be a great friend.
Congratulations – I hope I’m as good a ‘connector’, friend, and mother when the time comes.

Where her boobs airbrushed in that photo? Everything she wears on the show she is flatter than a pancake. In fact, I may have a relative that is 12 that has more than her. She lies alot!!

I actually had to call your store to find out how to do this because I am the furthest person from a groupie you could ever meet. I have felt compelled to touch base with you because there is something about you that is so different from every other person on the show there is more substance…and yet on the surface you seem the same if not looking very carefully. You do not know me, so my opinion should matter little or less since that is the case, but you are an amazing mother and friend and the most honest one (shy of Bethenny) that is there. I watch no soaps, no ongoing sagas, nothing to waste time I do not have, almost everything about you makes me smile (no, not a stalker) I lost my brother who was 41 in October of 2005, my sister who was my best friend and whom I spoke to every day at least 3 times a day was diagnosed with lung cancer 6 months later, they said the got it and she went to Stony Brook Hospital with a headache in July of 2007 and was told she had inoperable brain cancer and could live anywhere from 6 months to a year, she was gone 4 weeks later. my mother who in one year just buried a son, could not deal with my sister and got in bed, never even went to the wake and stayed there at 72 years old until her laying there became pneumonia and eventually decubitis ulcers and ultimatley death. I WILL NOT go into anymore details,suffice to say you would think there was no end and a bad beginning…..land the plane Nancy, as my sister would say, and get to the point, my sister suffered prior to her last diagnosis with severe Rheumotoid arthritis. Lynda would take methatrexate to help her which ultimately made her so ill for the weeks that she had to take it that it was heartbreaking. I wish we had the means to do charities for her because I often wonder if we had could I have saved her, somehow. I was the one in the room when everyone left telling her it was absolutley NOT alright to go, while my brother was cradling her saying it was okay, he had to take me for a walk and tell me she could not go anywhere because she knew I was not ready, we had a pact our whole lives, guess what they don’t work. I have digressed enough, I don’t have the things you have or the money, but I can cook and have a great rapport with people, if you ever need someone to help you with a charity in the way backgrouind so you do not think I have an agenda, please allow me the privledge to help Ali. There is something so real about you down to your clear feelings on what you have, but that isn’t bragging ,it is what it is. By the way you are far more beautiful than Ramona ( as if it really mattered, but just for the record) and that Indian dress to die for…. I am 49 years old and have no idea what it would be like to not worry about every penny or how to pay my bills, would I wish that away from you, absolutely not, good for you. Being mad other people have things takes the joy out of what we do have. I hope you get the chance to read this and understand, you are a great mom, and daughter and sister and all that other crap, is background noise, albiet nice noise, but still background. jill and bethanny need their own makeover show–jill will make over your house and wardrobe, bethenny will do your kitchen (pantry, fridge) and diet. jill will give a few pointers on interior design, etc, bethanny on eating healthy and exercise. then they can both take the person shopping for clothes, and a new haircut, etc.. they could even do it as a charity thing– choose a deserving person who maybe works in the non-profit world, or something along those lines. people would love, it and i would love to see them outside of nyc– i think they would have a blast.

but it seems like they all feel the same way I do.I love you and Bethaney. I did not care for the other HOusewives shows and almost did not view the New York version. However,my love for New York changed my mind. I am so glad I did. I love the show and tape them so I can see them anytime.

He is so handsome and he cares so much for you.And Ally is precious and beautiful. She is going to have the style and grace of her mommie when she reaches womanhood. I also love your mother. She is a character. I am not Jewish but I have many Jewish friends and she reminds me of my best friend that is Jewish. I say this about being Jewish because you know that a Jewish mom is a totally different creature than any other mom. They are great!!!! Bethaney is a lucky lady to be adopted by your parents. They are genuine good people.
Not to be rude or anything like that , but it seems to me that you and Bobby are really the only upper class family. I mean financialy speaking. I guess the countess is maybe in that group but no where near you and Bobby. Although I think she would love for everyone to think so. Speaking of LuAnn, she seems pretty much okay. She is a little over the top with the countess thing, but whatever. As for Ramona, well, I will just say, I do not care for her. If her eyes pop out any further they will hit the floor. And Mario should have kept his mouth shut and just dropped in and out like he did on the first season. Once he opened his mouth he showed his lack of intelligence, class and just place good old mannors. I know not everyone likes Alex and Simon, but they seem like good people to me. They are a little different but so what. And then there is Kelly. I will not comment on her except to say, I do not like her, at all. Not at all. And she does not fit in the show and should be taken off in my opinion.
Well, I must go. I can not say enough how much all us ladies here in Dallas love you. We can not wait to see you apartment when Brad finishes with it.
