    Hi, Jill!

Just wanted to tell you that you’re prominently featured in the March 27th issue of “Entertainment Weekly!” RhoNYC is number one on their “Must List” and your shana punim is the featured one!

I love watching you and your unbelievably warm and loving family. If there’s ever another opening for you guys to adopt someone else, I’m submitting an applications.

I hope you and Ally have a wonderful trip!

    Jill,

Have a great trip out west! Just saw that you’re “Jill Zarin’s Speechless” is number 1 on Bravo….I watched it again…I needed a Depends – too funny! I truly need a gay husband, if only for the comic relief (if not the interior design help).
Have fun with Ally, be safe. Can’t wait for Tuesday – OMG I need to get a life. WHAT ARE WE DOING?!?!

    Dear Jill,
Thank you for sending me your mothers email address. I did write to her because she is such a joy to watch on the show. So sorry to hear that she had been so sick, and I hope that she is much improved. I looked at the pictures of your wardrobe and you are absolutely stunning. How much weight have you lost since season one? The picture where you are wearing the black Carolina Herrera gown is gorgeous. You look like a size zero and appear to be much smaller than Bethenny now. You are my absolute favorite on the show because you are real and true to yourself. Besides being beautiful and having a heart of gold, the love that you have for your family is so touching. Your husband Bobby seems like a wonderful man, and your daughter Ally is beautiful like you. I have RA and my heart goes out to Ally because I know what she has to endure on a daily basis. God bless you for all of the charity work that you do especially for arthritis. I almost fell out of my chair when you were trying to get Ramona to help with your charity and she said, “OH Avery was just diagnosed with rheumatoid something.” Is she that freaking stupid about her childs health, or does she just come across that way. I hope that you informed her how serious her child’s condition really is. Anyway I just had to tell you how much I love you on the show. I hope that the show will continue for a few more years, but how about getting rid of those two idiots with the screaming brats. Also while you are at it would you please tell the countess that she has turned out to be a stuck up witch this season with no class or manners.
    Love you Jill,
    Victoria Rose

Seems like yesterday when we did the college road trips. It’s so much fun to see your child so excited. Big step! Please keep updating. I’d love to see you and Ally go shopping to outfit her dorm/apt. OMG, the thought of Brad decorating a dorm is priceless. Enjoy, have fun, and savor every moment.

    Jill,
I think you should write a book on common sense rules for living a successful life. So many people just have no common sense. You’d be a kinder gentler Dr. Laura Schlesinger (I would rather listen to your advise on the a radio talk show any day of the week).
You could have chapters on different subjects; how to have a successful marriage, how to raise good kids in today’s world, how to let things go (you don’t seem to stay mad at anybody – what a great quality), how to be a good friend, etc.
I think you have a huge heart, and that touches people. You seem to love to help people. Think of all the people you could reach through a book or a radio talk show. You could be like a Jewish Oprah – smile.
I’ll keep watching the show. I run three businesses myself, have kids a husband and two dogs…so mostly I DVR them and watch them all at one time once or twice per month. Take care. Melissa

    OK,
So here I am checking the grade on my son’s last English term paper and who is he referencing in the introduction paragraph???? Jill Zarin…. Now I know I can’t miss an episode of the Real Housewives of New York, but is he secretly watching it too?? He is a Junior in High School, AP student, All County, All City, All CIF volleyball player. And who is he writing about??? Jill Zarin. His teacher loved it. What is this world coming to??

Enjoy the trip…my daughter and I are heading South to do the same in a couple of months. Great that your mom has her own email. She’s fantastic (like mothers like daughters (including Ally)). How about a blog dedicated to ideas for a book so suggestions don’t get lost in other topic blogs – just a thought. Idea for a book – although you could carry one on your own be different from the others on the show – how about a “Three Coins in a Fountain” book, in other words, a book that has sections divided in 3 with your segment, your mothers and your sisters. You each bring something to the table. I come from the sales & marketing world and can imagine it as I write. Whatever you decide I’m sure it will be great! Again, enjoy the college trip and know you have one book sold in advance.

Jill…I’ll be watching for you on Idol. Have a great time. You are my favorite. If you bring Ally to Boston to look at school I would love to take you to dinner. Have fun…be safe!

    Jill,

I have to say that you look absolutely amazing! I just saw a photo of you, and you really stand out (with Bethanny) as the most incredibly fit, healthy and happy “housewife.”

Kudos to you and best wishes to your family…
    Val

  16. Meghan said:

If Ally does look at schools in Boston, she should check out Boston University! Andy Cohen from Bravo is actually an alum. I’m a student there & I love it, nearly as much as I love the city back home…I also love you & Bethenny on the show! You guys are hilarious and don’t pretend to be someone you’re not. If you ever need help with your charities, I do a lot of volunteer work here and I’ll be interning in NY most of the summer (hopefully)…Oh & possible book topic – about networking and how you act as a matchmaker, building relationships with people all over.

    Hi Jill,

I hope you have a great time at American Idol. Who are you and Ally voting for?

I also wanted to let you know that my roommate and I love watching Housewives and we both agree you are fantastic. You seem to be getting more and more beautiful. Whatever you’re doing, keep at it!

Jill, Thank you for making this show so darn funny. I love your talking head comments… and that you tell it like it is! I laugh my head off every week with your responses – especially about Alex and Simon.
Also, have to say that you and Bethenny remind me of me and my friend Deb. (Deb is you and I am Bethenny) We call ourselves the ying and yang. You two seem to be the exact same.
Love the show, love you and keep your family coming back for visits. Your mother seems so dear! Bobby and Ally are fantastic too!

P.S. Kelly is a dud… get her off the show. Please!

Good Morning Jill! You are my favorite NY Housewife. I love how calmly you handled Kelly. Plus, it helps that Bethanny had your back! I am writing because you needed an idea for a book, with everyone being so successful why not a book about finding your passion and making it work for you? And of course you should do it with your mom, I love her!!
    Blog Soon!!

Jill, I hope you have a terrific time here in Los Angeles but it ain’t NYC! I just got back from NY myself, was in Southampton with my daughter, and miss it terribly- always will. But, my grandchildren live here so I left my home back east to come here 4 years ago.

I am writing because I saw the preview of the “Mario incident”. He disrespected Bobby which made me furious–to speak to you that way in front of your husband, what kind of person does that? He and his dreadful wife are to be avoided. They are crude, unsophisticated and intellectually vacuous. And if you tied his hands behind his back, he wouldn’t be able to speak! What a freak! And Southampton? Of all places, they must have been thrilled to see those two coming..LOL I’m just sayin’.

    Jill:

They should offer you and your Mom, your very own talk show! The two of you together would be amazing!!
One more thing…I’ve heard you say on the one of the episodes that you rarely exercise. Okay, I personally rarely work out and it definitely shows. :) For someone who seldom exercises, you appear quite fit & trim. Are you into Yoga or Pilates? What tips can you offer women like me who are 40+ and feeling out of shape?

I just want you to know how much you inspire me. It might sound funny, but I look to you as my example of what a classy, fun-loving, sexy, and successful Jewish woman should be like. I was not brought up with the training that is needed for a Jewish woman to stand apart from the rest of the world so I try to imagine how you would do things. I often wish that you would write a book about entertaining so that I could refer to it. So that other women would buy it, you could have a section just for Jewish festivals and celebrations. I would like to see your ideas for an intimate Shabbas dinner and an elaborate Pessah celebration and I am always asking myself whether a certain outfit would be acceptable to you. When a girl is not trained, knowing the proper undergarments to wear can be overwhelming. I find that I do not relate to Martha Stewart although she has great discipline. (smile) As far as the show, you are my favorite. I find myself envying your daughter. I would love to be able to spend just one weekend with you picking your brain and soaking up your passion. If you ever get the urge to do a weekend seminar, or some kind of social training classes, please let me know. I would love to attend any kind of class or lecture that you would give. If you ever decide to bring a poor Jewish girl to your house, please pick me. It would be better than going to Europe for me. You are such a wonderful and funny person on TV. I hope that you are enjoying the amazing life that Abba has blessed you with. I watch you and I am motivated to keep learning and trying new things. You give me the courage to keep doing all things with class and dignity. Your life encourages me to do everything with passion and style. You truly represent for all Jewish women, and for that you should be proud. When you are at the fancy events, and doing your charity work, you are not only doing these things for yourself, but for all of us who cannot afford such a lifestyle. May Abba bless you and shine His face upon you…Shalom and Bracha to you, dear Jill. (always praying for your little one…) Sherone

Of all the housewives, you are truly my favorite. You have class and style. You are a real go getter. I love your honesty and competive sense. You are truly the best and you inspire me as a single mother to work harder for me and my daughter.

Helo Jill, I’m enjoying your show. You really make me crack up! My son Tyler was diagnosed with JRA, and was very ill for many years. I share your heartache. We tried to turn a difficult time into a positive experience. We worked with the arthritis foundation for several years, and helped to raise money . We also went to congress to ask for more funding as well. My son was named “Hero of the year” several times for his efforts. You can read about our story through the foundation. I would love to help you with any charity that benefits arthritis. I gladly put my name on anything that could help someone that has been through what we have. All the best to you and your sweet daughter.

    Oh Jill,

Thank you so much for showing all the bravo viewers what all jewish mother’s should aspire to be. I feel like you could be a part of my family with how adorable you are. I know you and Aly are visiting colleges this week and I live in Ann Arbor, Michigan and work at the most prestigious hotel in the area. I think that you and your daughter should consider the university of michigan. It’s a phenominal school and a great population of transplanted new yorker’s. Plus, there is a nickname for the school, “Jew of M” which speaks for itself. If you do end up visiting Ann Arbor. Email me and I’ll set you up in our presidential sweet. All the best and thanks for sharing the menchella that you are. Happy Pesach and lot’s of health to you and you’re family.

    much love,

Jill…I hope Ally and you had a good time in L.A. Did you visit UCLA (my alma mater) and USC? Did you visit UC Santa Barbara (that’s where I work). I have to confess that I am biased towards UCLA. It’s an excellent school and great place to live if one likes the big city. Also UCLA Medical Center would be an excellent place for Ally’s health needs. The warm weather wouldn’t hurt her either.

What are you doing for Passover? I hope you and your family have a good holiday and that you tell us all about your Seders.

  34. Lauren said:

    Jill,

You and your family are just adorable! You remind me SO MUCH of my family! You and my mom are the same, it’s hilarious. All I ever get from my mom on the phone is how I need to be wearing flat comfortable shoes when traveling and how I should wear sneakers and change into heels! And my relatives are all in the 5 towns (Woodmere and Cedarhurst!) I love watching you on the show because you’re so relatable and a great, loving mom.

Jill…..I’m the goofus that ask you if you were from NY at the Black Jack tables (Bellagio). Your answer, no from Texas. I said me too and your come back of “all states I had to pick” ……Sorry I don’t watch the show but I will have to take a peek now. You appear to be lots of fun. New Yorker or not. Hey, Texas isn’t all that bad.

ps The other guy at the table must watch your show. Good luck with all your endeavors.

Just watched housewives, and you were always my fave…..but after this episode (with Mario and the tennis thing)…. You’re awesome!!! Keep doing what your doing!

  38. Sherrill said:

So, Kelly did not just say that “we don’t come from the same circle? Your down here and I’m up here:)) WTF”. Kelly, what a joke! A woman that has 2 kids and in single but goes to every event and leaves her kids. YEAH, give her the Non-Mom award. Get her off. Open this up to a vote from those of us that watch. She’d be voted off. See ya!!!!

  39. sara said:

I love that B sticks up for you, especially at the charity event meeting. I would have done the same for someone who has taken me under their wing. Kelly is a new character (and that she is) so it’s understandable, especially with her history with B, why she wasn’t afraid to show her colors. Kelly was a joke, so disrespectful and no one should bother with this crazy spinner. I was dizzy listening to her. “you need to chill out!” HHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHA!!!!! That was classic… B was chill. Hopefully Max Max gave her whatever she was hungry for.

    LOVE YOU!

  40. Kristi in CA said:

Jill..LOVE you and Bethenny! Without the two of you there would be NO Real Housewives NYC! You mentioned you were looking for ideas from fans regarding possible book topics for you to write about. You are the ultimate Yenta and providing tips for connecting and networking in business, friendships and relationships would be great! You always have great advice and with your family (your incredible Mom and sister)and I feel that you could give some solid advice that would help a lot of people especially during this tough time. I have to admire that you always stand up for yourself but under it all, you are a complete sweetheart! Thats what we LOVE about you! Stay real..like your going to change now right? HAHA!

  41. jane said:

Hi Jill, I’ve been a fan of yours since NYC Housewives started. I hope you don’t me offering 1 suggestion regarding Twitter. You’ve got thousands of followers, yet follow few; that’s understandable. However, did you know you can set your settings so that if someone says a comment directly to you, even though you aren’t follow them, ie… @jillzarin “how are you doing?” There is a feature that will put those commented directed specifically to you on your screen; you won’t see what those Twitterers write elsewhere.
To find this option, go to: Settings, then Notices & where it says, “Show me __________ @ replies ~ select “@ all replies” <~~ that will show only replied from people you arent following, but are talking to you, ie… fans!
The only reason I mention this is I’ve read some Twitterers find it unbecoming of someone with a wide following that doesn’t acknowledge, or even pay attention to comments directed to them.

You keep rocking & don’t back down from Ramona’s bully of a husband! Sheesh!!

So first off i am a senior in high school about to be in college, so i completely understand the whole visiting the colleges deal. But what i really want to say is that you (and Bethenny) are one of my inspirations for what I want to be like when i’m older. I literally am obsessed with the show and i watch it with all my friends saying “you are such a Jill..you are just like Luann..” and it gives me something to really look forward to in my future grown up life. I almost went to NYU to start that dream a little early, but i figured i’d just wait for grad school :)
Thanks for being amazing and inspiring me to be successful at the same time!

I really think a few of the housewives need to go though, I am so sick of how awesome Luanne thinks she is i think she just seems rude! and we think you should have had Wayne punch out Mario he was being ridiculous!
