Jill, Luann didnt push in her chair when she hosted a party for her daughter and her friends. I thought she was all about class and manners?!?! Alex sounded a little full of herself when she mentioned about all the fashion shows that she was invited to for fashion week. I threw up in my mouth a little bit. Should I tell her that I got my invite for the Jason Wu show 3 months prior to his show and before anyone knew who he was before Mrs. Obama wore him?!?!

Hello! I love the show and I absolutely love you I think your so FAB!!! I just get you! I adore Gloria and I wrote Andy Cohen and told him so. I plan on writing her as well, good job on getting your dad to get your mom a new email, I see why she is so popular-she is the best!!! Can’t wait to see the finished renovations on your condo. You and Brad are very funny together. He keeps trying to stay a step ahead of you, but you stay right there with him and don’t let him get away with anything. I don’t think Kelly really has room in her condo for that horse statue. I think she was nervous — little rough on her kids in front of Luann — and the cameras.

I didn’t hear Bethenny solicit dating advice from Luann. BTW, that was Bethenny on Dancing with the Stars Monday night, right? Saw her in the front row near judges table. I’d love to see more scenes with you and Bethenny together. Seems to be a very genuine bond there.

I liked LuAnn last season but this season she seems to have foot in mouth disease. Kelly seems…I don’t know…awkward. I can’t wait for the end of the season show when you all sit down together. It’s going to be kind of hard to justify some of these comments face to face.

Well i think that while you say alex may have more class than the rest of them, I still cant get over them …who the hell comes home from a vacation to a demolished house and instantly checks out the mail and announces on tv what party’s they have been invited to i can not stand anything about them. Bethenny said it perfect with they should write a book on how to climb through an air conditioner to get into a party. As for the shoes i liked them ..her daughter put her in her place with the just bc they look good on me comment but just like my mom does sometimes she likes to buy something youthful “hot” and not typically her norm…it makes her feel good. Luann she is bugging me lately. thats it …if anyway cares

Wow, I was not expecting Alex to admit how she met her husband. I actually like her more now! Her quote to Simon on her wedding night was sweet.
Why is Luann making herself look so bad this season? I am quite embarrassed for her actually. It is a shame because she was one of my favorites last season.
Not to sound too mean, but while Kelli is a bit attractive, she needs to keep that face from getting any more sun damage!

Saying “my love” to your peers is patronizing an condescending. I also notice that she introduced herself as “Mrs. Delesseps” to Kelly’s kids. Does she make her own kids call you Mrs. Zarin?
She’s real big into the “Mrs.” thing. She requires her housekeeper to call her “Mrs. D” but the respect is not mutual as she refers to Rosie by her first name and allows her kids to do the same.
Luann should name her book “How to Overcompensate for Your Modest Roots by Acting Like a Classist Pig”.

Can’t wait to see the redo’s complete. Will you put up pictures of your apartment after the season is over? Of course, Silex are marching to their own drum. I have done lots of construction and additions and once you have kids you really need to be careful. I could not live in a house like that with kids. You were really nice to them considering what it looked like. It always takes longer than you think. Why don’t they stay at his hotel? Wouldn’t that be easier? Looking forward to next week. PS: Loved the suit you wore the day you went to your apartment. Who is it by?

OMG! So at Russell Simmons Party Simon and Alex were introduced to to somebody and she referred to Simon as the owner of the hotel he works at and he didn’t even correct her. I guess that is expected from them. What is with Luann and her comment that Alex and Simon are not the authority of parenting yet she still thinks she is the authority on manners hmmmmmmm… I really don’t know what Kelli brings to the show, Do you?

OMG such a treasure trove of snarkaliciousness tonight.
The Countess certainly likes to strap on the feedbag and jawbone with whomever is nearby. Wasn’t it just last week when she admonished Victoria’s friends to chew with their mouths closed?
Simon didn’t correct that woman after being introduced as the owner of the Chandler Hotel. Dickhead. After pompously intoning how the party promoters like noteworthy guests to come, implying that he and Alex are more than famewhores.
How about the fact that Bethenny struck reality gold when Alex admitted that she and Simon were internet perverts trolling for sex? Brilliant! Classy for Frahn-swa and Yo-hahn to see that in a few years.
My favorite was Alex and Simon saying they needed to weed through the mail for “important” stuff and the next thing we see is them comparing fashion week invitations, not whether the electricity is about to be turned off. Genius!
The rerun should be just as good the second time around. “Let’s Kiss!”" Blech!

Jill, you remind me so much of my mom! You both have the same accent and act the same way. My mom is a classy New Yorker and so are you! We moved to the South when I was 4 and I am now going on 23 and my mom is still a NY woman at heart, even with living in the South. Everytime I watch this show and see you, I call my mom and tell her how much I love and appreciate her! Alex makes me feel uneasy.. there is a piece of the puzzle missing there, if you know what I mean! I love you and Bethenney together- just like sisters! Kelly does not seem to be very friendly. She comes off as a snob. Same with Luann. How do you not know that animals have died recently in your own home?? I dont get how she thinks she can give Bethenny relationship advice. It made me laugh! Cannot wait for next week!!!

Dear JillZarin..hope your school trip wirh Ally was great. I was so sad after last night’s episode..they’re all so mean and seem so insecure. How can you casuallly say such horrible things about people with cameras rolling? You never do that–you do not say one thing about someone you would not say t o their face. i thought the point of this program was to witness a slice of life among some friends, some more outrageous than the others, but instead it just seems to be gratuitous nastiness. Even Bethenny did not have to say that she would not go out with the guy again because he “liked” & she didn’t return the feelings. Are we just supposed to think he’s got it coming to him for going on camera? Well Jill again thank you for being such a nice person in middle of BITCHITUDE!! Are you sticking to your midecentury American interiors–my father and granfather were both architects (mr gandfather deisgned the Carlyle)and I grew with Knoll, Eames,Miller,Risom, Nelson etc and ironically I like traditional!! But the lines are beautiful and I now mix both and I like it.

Jill, If you write a book it HAS to be about matchmaking – not only in the relationship sense but friendships, business relationships etc. You are always introducing people to each other. Is it random or is there a method? What connects people? That would be a great book and you’d be perfect to write it.

LOVED your blog thoughts from your live blog last night!! What a great idea (to blog live).
WHAT THE H*LL is up with Ramona? She doesn’t seem to miss any chance to get those digs in at you, and I’m S-I-C-K of hearing her tell everyone how youthful and beautiful she is…(not). She looks her age, and is attractive – NOT beautiful.
The bathing suit scene where she walked across the lawn — not so flattering. Doesn’t she remind you of those women who live through their daughters when they age? Avery doesn’t seem like she’ll let her do that and will call her on it, speaking HER mind. Let’s see how Ms. Outspoken (Ramona) likes receiving as much as she enjoys dishing.
LuAnn – sorry, I don’t believe there’s much of a relationship with her and her kids. They seem so overly subdued around her, and only seem relaxed around Rosie. Sad.
And I agree with you – did she not know where she was when she visited Kelly? She merely wanted to point out where she lived. Not classy.
(BTW – what’s up with the GIANT HORSE in the living room, Kelly???)
Both Alex and Simon may be “different” than the others, but I have to say they handle drama in a very classy, well-mannered way.
You and Bethenny are still my FAVES! Have Ally on more! She’s a sweetheart.
I already wrote Andy about Gloria — LOVE HER! You’re so lucky to have a mom like that.

What can I say, except another great epdisode! You and Bethenny are my faves and you bring laughter & energy to the show. Will we get to see your home in all it’s redecorated glory? I absolutley adored your home the way it was furnished and decorated before. Did you place your former furnishings and decor up for auction? Your fan’s, such as myself, would love a chance to purchase your former decor and furnishings! Jill, your future book could simply be a gallary of Q & A. It could be based on questions and advice from friends, family and fan’s. Perhap’s your Mom & Sister could go in with you on the book. Jill, have you ever seen the recaps of the show on the blog called “Pretty on the outside” David Gilmore who is also a talented artist is a fan of the show along with the OC women and he always draws them and post on his recap. He drew one of you for this week, Your his favorite so he was hesistant. They are always amusing’ wait till you see Ramona she looks as loopy as Vicki from OC, my favorite from his OC was of gretchen, she was nothing but hair and mouth.

I agree with your opinion on Alex and Simon’s townhouse. Also, did you suggest they stay at a hotel while the renovations were being made? They spent 8,000 dollars on clothes in the Hamptons; you would think they would spare a few bucks on a decent place to live for the kids’ sake. Priorities?!

I can’t wait to see how Alex and Simon’s townhouse comes out after you are done with it. I have visited your companies website and your fabrics/trims are unbelievable. I can’t believe they are living in that mess, and the kids are in it also, YUCK! Just waiting for one of them to get hurt.

LOL Lila, not only could they of spared some bucks by skipping the Hampton’s and St. Barths but Simon manages a hotel in NYC. I may be wrong, but I thought LuAnn interduced Simon at a function and she said something along those lines. Also didnt he and Alex rent a hotel room to get ready in for the Opera?! Jill LOVE U!! U crack me up!
